The Brenda Strafford Society for the Prevention of Domestic Violence is a second-stage shelter for women and their children who have fled domestic violence. During their six-month stay, women and children are provided with programs and services in a supportive environment. In addition to the second-stage shelter, the facility includes affordable housing, where women can transition to after their stay in our second-stage shelter for a period of up to two years. Progressive housing apartments are available to women, with children, who had been impacted by domestic violence and are now in the final stages of rebuilding their lives. learn more at: www.brendastraffordsociety.org
