KidSport Edmonton believes that no kid should be left on the sidelines and all should be given the opportunity to experience the positive benefits of organized sports. KidSport Edmonton is one of more than 180 communities across Canada that works locally to identify the needs in their community, raise funds, and support programs that, in keeping with the KidSport mission, create new opportunities for kids to participate in sport. In 2014, KidSport Edmonton supported 1,480 kids in 39 different sports who otherwise would get the opportunity to play.
