The YWCA Lethbridge and District has served Southern Alberta for over 65 years and continues to grow and meet the needs of our community. We provide more than 25 unique programs, services and events, with a focus in four distinct and critical areas: violence against women and girls; housing and homelessness; health and wellness; and, youth empowerment. Committed to women and the enhancement of their lives by providing programs and services, which empower them, support equality and promote wellness in mind, body, and spirit, the YWCA Lethbridge and District serves over 6000 women, youth, children and men each and every year. We are the first YWCA in Canada and one of the first four not for profits in Alberta to receive accreditation with Imagine Canada.
