If you have not done so already, you need to switch you utilities to Sponsor Energy. Real Canadian admin staff, super polite , very helpful, nothing is an issue, and the price of your service is exceptional compared to other providers. Highly reccommend these guys

I lucked into finding this energy company a little over a year ago, and have been extremely pleased ever since! Not only were they very accommodating during sign up, and were helpful during the sign up process, but they continued to provide excellent & timely customer service throughout! They worked with me to find the best plans for our family, & ( not at all like the other big companies) is willing to offer us a plan with a lower rate when they're available! One more thing....Sponsor Energy has the lowest priced plans, especially if you consider the administration and other charges the big companies tack on!
