Dim Metelykiv (House of Butterflies) is a specialized children's hospice and medical center in Chernivtsi, Ukraine, operated by the Misto Dobra (City of Goodness) charity. It provides palliative care, rehabilitation, and medical support for severely ill, disabled, and displaced children affected by war. The center focuses on restoring hope and physical capabilities to vulnerable youth, employing a specialized team of pediatricians, neurologists, physical therapists, and psychologists. 

The House of Butterflies aids and supports:
    •  Terminally ill children and those requiring ventilator (ventilator) support.
    •  Children with disabilities raised by single parents or in large, struggling families.
    •  Youth displaced from frontline, war-torn regions.
    •  Children from state-run institutions and military families.

 
The initiative relies heavily on global donations and support from the international diaspora, with various charity events taking place in Canada and Europe
